On July 12,2017 two young men came to clean three rooms and stairway. They arrived at 11:00 am, introduced themselves and prosed to take equipment out of van. They came in and ask to be shown the rooms and wanted to know if I knew or remembered the price that was quoted to me. I told the young man and he said that's not enough. The young man went to the bathroom and got on his cell phone, I was beginning to wonder if he was coming out. His co-worker even wanted to know where he was. After he came out all I heard was we're not getting enough money from you and wanted to sell me more stuff to raise the price on me. They would go off to a side and talk and then come back and ask for more money or a tip. They could see I was upset,but was going to go ahead and do the job, but next time I would pay more. I moved as much out of each room as possible and was told they could move larger pieces, which they didn't want to because they wanted money. they wanted to push or shove the furniture. they didn't want to use cleaning solution. At one time when they didn't want to move a light weight coffee table I ask them if they were that lazy. The bedroom was the last, which they really didn't want to clean and I wanted it cleaned the most. I had to use my cleaner. I just wanted them to leave. If this is what they have their employees to do when they get on the job, then this is sad. I would tell anyone to find another carpet cleaning service or get a rug doctor machine and do it your self and save your money. I'm sure you could do just as good or even better.
